Refund policy

SneakerCycle has a FREE 30-day return policy on all purchases from anywhere in the United States. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from SneakerCycle, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as the item was received. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a full refund.

Please use any of the convenient options below to return your item(s):

  • Fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your order number in the subject line.
  • Email us at support@sneakercycle.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Any item(s) sent back to SneakerCycle without first requesting a return through one of the approved methods listed above will NOT be accepted.

Once the returned item(s) has been received and deemed eligible for a refund, SneakerCycle will then credit the original method of payment. Depending on the financial institution, please allow 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges due to the uniqueness of our inventory. The fastest way to ensure you get the specific type of sneaker you want, is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for a new item, once the return is approved.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item
