Where does SneakerCycle source its sneakers & footwear supply?
As the largest sneaker thrift store and reseller of used sneakers in the U.S., we have a multi-faceted approach to product acquisition. Our primary supply source is our clean-out and recycling service, which we offer to our customers and any individual or organization in the U.S. who wants to help us keep used footwear out of landfills. We also partner with retailers and brands looking for innovative recycling and resale solutions to help their customers and business operations. How does buying pre-owned sneakers from SneakerCycle help the environment?
When you purchase a pair(s) of used sneakers from SneakerCycle, you are extending the life of a sneaker that might have otherwise ended up in a landfill. You are also helping reduce the need for brands to manufacture new sneakers, which helps decrease greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) and preserves water, a vital natural resource.
Does SneakerCycle clean and sanitize its sneakers and footwear inventory?
Yes. SneakerCycle is committed to sanitizing all our products to ensure safety and cleanliness for our customers. Before listing for sale, our restoration team has professionally cleaned and disinfected all sneakers. We use a high-grade disinfectant formula that is EPA-registered to kill as many as 64 microorganisms. This formula eliminates odors and kills bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold, and 99.9% of germs.
Are the photos in the product listing actual photos of the sneaker for sale?
Yes. Every sneaker in our store is individually photographed with a minimum of eight (8) photos to help our customers thoroughly inspect and evaluate every sneaker before purchasing.
How many times have your sneakers and shoes been worn?
We do not know how many times or miles our sneakers and shoes have been used. However, our team carefully evaluates every sneaker and labels it in Excellent, Good, or Fair condition. We provide a detailed condition description and a minimum of eight (8) photos in every product listing to allow our customers and shoppers to inspect and evaluate every sneaker in detail before purchasing.
What size should I buy?
All sizes and widths depend on the specific brand and style offered. We always recommend consulting and reviewing the brand's website and sizing guide before purchase; however, if the size doesn't fit, we offer 30-day, hassle-free, free returns.

Shopping, Ordering & Cancellations

Can I edit my order?
We process orders quickly, so you'll need to act fast! Please send an email to support@sneakercycle.com for any changes. Typically all orders are fulfilled around 6:00 AM EST. Unfortunately, if you want to make any changes (such as adding or removing something) outside of the 12 to 24-hour purchase window, we are unable to accommodate these requests. If you’d like to add something to your order, please place an additional order, and be aware that we are unable to combine orders.
Can I cancel my order or change my address after a 24-hour period has passed from placing my order?

If you would like to cancel your order or change your address, our team does its best to accommodate these requests, as long as the order is unfulfilled. Please send an email ASAP to support@sneakercycle.com with the subject and content of the email stating, "CANCELLATION ORDER ####" or "CHANGE OF ADDRESS ORDER ####."

If you are requesting a change of address, please include the updated address within your initial inquiry.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that these changes be made prior to fulfillment, and once an order is fulfilled, we cannot cancel or change the address.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments such as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. SneakerCycle now offers payment installment service, AfterPay. Please note that SneakerCycle charges all applicable sales tax based on the order's shipping address.

Shipping & Handling

What is the cost of shipping?
SneakerCycle provides FREE standard shipping on all orders - no minimums or exclusions - to customers located anywhere in the United States including all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses. For more information on shipping and returns, please review our Shipping and Returns Policy.
When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within the same or one (1) business day from purchase. If you have any special shipping requests, be sure to email them immediately, along with your order number, to support@sneakercycle.com.

NOTE: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

What shipping methods does SneakerCycle use?
All orders, except P.O. boxes, US territories, and military APO/FPO addresses, are shipped via UPS Ground Advantage. All orders to P.O. boxes, US territories, or military APO/FPO addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
How long will it take to receive my sneaker(s)?
All new orders are shipped the next day, excluding holidays and weekends. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. However, we have lightning-fast order fulfillment with one business day handling time. Buy anytime Monday-Thursday, and we will ship your order the next day (except on holidays). Buy on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and we will ship your order on Monday. Delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times and carrier delays. Typical orders take between 3–7 business days to be delivered.
Does SneakerCycle ship internationally?

SneakerCycle does not currently offer international shipping. We ship to all US states, territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. If you want to ship internationally, we recommend working with a domestic third-party shipping service, a freight forwarder, to handle the shipment from their address to yours or head over to our eBay store, where select international shipping is offered through eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

Anytime a freight forwarder is used, SneakerCycle will not be accountable for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that arises to products after handing off to the freight forwarder. SneakerCycle insists that you, as the customer, refuse damaged goods and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. You or the freight forwarder will be responsible for missing items after being received.

If the package destination is to a forwarder and not the customer, SneakerCycle is no longer held accountable for missing or damaged packages.

Does SneakerCycle offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping, however, we fill items same or next day excluding weekends and holidays so items will ship fast. Please note actual transit time still varies depending on the destinations.
My order is lost or delayed in transit. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived in 2 weeks from the date of shipment, please reach out to the postal carrier (UPS and or USPS), as well as our team by email at support@sneakercycle.com for further assistance.

Please provide us with your order number and tracking number, if available. We, unfortunately, cannot control the speed of delivery once packages leave our warehouse. We understand it is frustrating to experience postal delays, and are happy to assist in any way we can.

What should I do if my package says it was delivered but I didn't receive it?

Check the delivery address: Make sure the address you provided us is correct.

Check with others: Ask family, neighbors, or building management if they received your package.

Check the delivery location: The carrier may have placed your package somewhere out of sight, like under a bench or in your garage.

Contact the carrier: If you're using USPS, you can visit your local post office, speak with your mail carrier, or submit a Missing Mail Search Request. If you're using UPS, you can submit a report to have them contact you.

Wait a few days: Sometimes the carrier may mark packages as delivered too early.

If the item still doesn't show up after a few days, please contact us at support@sneakercycle.com with your order number advising us on your situation.

Returns

Does SneakerCycle accept returns?
Yes. SneakerCycle has a FREE 30-day return policy on all purchases from anywhere in the United States. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from SneakerCycle, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as the received item. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a full refund. Does SneakerCycle offer exchanges?
Due to the uniqueness of our inventory, we currently do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a different item(s), please return your original item(s) and purchase the new item(s) that you want as a separate transaction.
