Step by Step
What happens between your order and your doorstep.
1. Multi-Point Inspection
Every sneaker is pulled from our live inventory and visually inspected for structural integrity, wear patterns, and overall condition. We check soles, uppers, lining, laces, and insoles. Only pairs that meet our quality threshold make it into a pack.
2. Professional Cleaning
Our trained restoration team deep-cleans every pair by hand. Uppers are scrubbed, soles are cleaned, and interiors are treated. This isn't a quick wipe-down — it's a full professional cleaning process that restores the shoe to its best possible condition.
3. EPA-Registered Disinfectant Treatment
Every pair is treated with our EPA-registered disinfectant formula — a high-grade solution that kills 64 micro-organisms including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and mold. This eliminates 99.9% of germs and ensures the sneakers are safe and sanitary for your customers.
4. Odor Elimination
Our sanitization process includes a full deodorizing treatment. No residual smells, no chemical odors — just clean, fresh sneakers ready to sell. This is one of the biggest complaints customers have about secondhand shoes, and we eliminate it completely.
5. Final Quality Check & Packing
