Where does SneakerCycle source its sneakers?
Our primary supply comes from our clean-out and recycling service, which we offer to individuals and organizations across the U.S. who want to keep used footwear out of landfills. We also partner with retailers and brands looking for innovative recycling and resale solutions.
Does SneakerCycle clean and sanitize its sneakers?
Yes. Before packing, our restoration team professionally cleans and disinfects all sneakers. We use a high-grade, EPA-registered disinfectant formula that kills up to 64 micro-organisms, eliminates odors, and destroys bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold, and 99.9% of germs.
What brands are included in the packs?
Silver, Gold, and Platinum packs include top athletic and lifestyle brands like Nike, Jordan, Hoka, On, Adidas, New Balance, Puma, and Brooks. The Shoe Pack includes a wider mix of brand-name shoes across casual, dress, and athletic styles.
Can I choose the sizes or styles in my pack?
Packs are curated with a mix of sizes and styles for maximum sell-through. We don't offer custom size or style selections at this time, but the variety is designed to give you the best chance of selling every pair.
What's the difference between the pack tiers?
The main difference is brand quality and per-pair cost. The Shoe Pack ($8/pair) includes a broader mix of brand-name shoes. Silver ($10/pair), Gold ($16/pair), and Platinum ($25/pair) progressively feature more premium athletic brands with higher resale potential. All packs include 50 pairs.
Ordering & Payments
Can I edit or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly — typically by 6:00 AM EST the next business day. For changes or cancellations, please email support@sneakercycle.com as soon as possible. Once an order is fulfilled, we cannot cancel or make changes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments including PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also offer AfterPay for installment payments. All applicable sales tax is charged based on the shipping address.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
All reseller packs ship FREE anywhere in the United States, including US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
How fast do packs ship?
All packs are fulfilled and shipped within one business day. Orders placed Monday-Thursday ship the next day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday ship on Monday. Typical delivery takes 3-7 business days via UPS Ground.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship to all US states, territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. For international orders, we recommend working with a domestic freight forwarder.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns on reseller packs?
All reseller pack sales are final. Because packs are hand-pulled from live inventory and professionally cleaned before shipping, we cannot accept returns. We stand behind the quality of every pack we send.
What if my pack arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at support@sneakercycle.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
